V24 Family Charity Football Match - Sunday 21st July

Updated: Jul 11

Those of you who have been involved with V24 for a long time will know that we do more than offer additional football coaching. We are also eager to raise as much money as possible for a charity which is very close to us.

This is why we are hosting our first V24 Charity football match on July 21st - raising money for SSNAP at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.

From Coach Deano:

SSNAP support sick new-born, their parents and those that care for them.

Without SSNAP, John Radcliffe and the incredible NHS staff, our family wouldn’t have the incredible memories we treasure during the precious 17 months we had with Vinny💜.

Vinny was born at 24 weeks, July 28th weighing 500 grams- given a 5% change of surviving the night, he did and continued his fight for 17 months — 42 blood transfusions, numerous surgeries — forever smiling and forever loved, before gaining his wings on January 1st 2016.

The V24 Football Academy is named after Vinny. 🌙

Please join us as family, friends, V24 coaches and parents kit up and take to the field to raise money for a very special charity in a special little boy's memory. 🌙💜⚽️

About the day:
